About the event
Warm shaved Brussel sprout salad with crispy prosciutto , sumac glazed chili walnuts, shaved parmesan & truffle oil. Old school beef bourguignon with wild mushrooms, heirloom carrots & red wine served with brown butter hominy. Whiskey soaked apple cake with poured custard.
