Jennifer is an Apprenticeship trained  Pastry chef/baker (George Brown College) and culinary instructor  with over 35 years  expertise in the industry including amazing experiences at  some of Ontario's most  charming establishments  &  inspirational cooking schools  (LCBO, Longo's, Presidents  choice , Goodness Me!, Market & Co. & Georgian college) , she has also learned the art of  the savory kitchen by working along top chefs including gigs at Movenpick (Yorkville), Midland Golf & country club, Loblaws Corporation & Jaynes cottages .

She also shares her love of food by helping other culinary endeavors as a culinary constant  & loves spending summers in Muskoka creating unforgettable experiences  for a  growing list of private chef clients .  Forever grateful for the beautiful kitchens & wonderful people  she has had the pleasure to encounter along the way.

While not in the kitchen you will find her volunteering & helping those in her community with a focus on assisting those facing food insecurity, the unhoused, marginalized community members  & youth a risk often opening up her space to host workshops, events & employment programs.

The retail Bakery division of FreshBaked started 5 years ago as way to keep Jennifer in the kitchen after experiencing a halt to other projects due to the Covid19 lockdown,  she loves  her culinary space  & invites you to stop in anytime & visit her "happy place"
