Jennifer is an Apprenticeship trained  artisan baker (George Brown College) and culinary instructor  with over 32 years  expertise in the industry including amazing experiences at  some of Ontario's most  charming establishments  &  inspirational cooking schools  (LCBO, Longo's, Presidents  choice , Goodness Me!, Market & Co. & Georgian college)

She also shares her love of food by helping other culinary endeavors as a culinary constant  & loves spending summers in Muskoka creating unforgettable experiences  for a  growing list of private chef clients .  Forever grateful for the beautiful kitchens & wonderful people  she has had the pleasure to encounter along the way.

While not in the kitchen you will find her volunteering & helping those in her community with a focus on assisting those facing food insecurity, the unhoused, marginalized community members  & youth a risk often opening up her space to host workshops, events & employment programs.

The retail Bakery division of FreshBaked started 5 years ago as way to keep Jennifer in the kitchen after experiencing a halt to other projects due to the Covid19 lockdown,  she loves  her culinary space  & invites you to stop in anytime & visit her "happy place"
